Founded in 2022 and headquartered in Dubai, UAE, with operations across all seven emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.

Novoclad is CICPA-approved (Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority), authorising works inside high-security and restricted-access facilities across Abu Dhabi. Novoclad is also a registered ADNOC-approved vendor, confirming compliance with ADNOC technical, safety, and quality standards for oil and gas projects.

## Services

**Insulation & Cladding**
Thermal insulation systems for piping, vessels, tanks, and equipment across hot, cold, cryogenic, acoustic, and personnel-protection applications. Cladding in aluminium, stainless steel (SS304/SS316), and galvanised steel.

**Hot Insulation**
Applied to systems operating above ambient temperature (typically >80°C) to reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and protect personnel from burn hazards. Applications: refineries, power plants, steam systems, boilers, turbines, high-temperature pipelines. Materials: fiberglass, mineral wool, calcium silicate, ceramic fiber.

**Cold Insulation**
Applied to systems operating below ambient temperature (typically <0°C) to prevent heat gain and condensation. Applications: LNG storage, chilled water pipelines, refrigeration systems, HVAC. Materials: elastomeric rubber, polyisocyanurate (PIR), foamglas (cellular glass), fiberglass.

**Cryogenic Insulation**
Specialist insulation for ultra-low temperature applications critical in LNG and related industries. Precision installation ensuring safety and thermal performance at extreme temperatures.

**Acoustic Insulation**
Noise reduction solutions for industrial facilities, marine engine rooms, commercial buildings, and manufacturing plants.

**Personnel Protection Insulation**
Insulation and cladding applied to hot or cold surfaces to protect workers from contact burns and thermal hazards.

**Insulation Jackets**
Removable and reusable insulation jackets for valves, flanges, and equipment requiring periodic maintenance access.

**Refractory Lining**
High-temperature resistant lining for furnaces, kilns, boilers, incinerators, and process vessels. Materials: refractory cement, fire bricks, mortar, refractory pins. Installation methods: ramming, gunning, bricklaying.

**Fire Proofing**
Structural fire protection for steel and concrete elements. Two systems: intumescent (expands on heat exposure, thin-film application) and cementitious (spray or trowel-applied, suitable for complex geometry).

**Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB)**
Supply and erection of pre-engineered steel building systems. Benefits: lower initial investment, fast construction, low maintenance cost.

**Insulation Accessories, Refractory Material & Cladding Material**
Supply of supporting materials for insulation, refractory, and cladding installations, including fixings, mesh, mastics, refractory cements and bricks, and cladding sheet/trim stock, sized for the sectors and applications above.
